Tofu with shrimp

Tofu – 500 g
Apples – 300 g
Shrimp – 250 g
Nuts – 100 g grated
Horseradish – 1 tbsp. spoon
Mayonnaise – 250 g,
Ground black pepper, salt – to taste

How to prepare Tofu with shrimp

Peel the apple wash it ad cut in on tiny piece, cut the shrimp also and put them in a deeper bowl. chop the walnuts on tiny pieces . .add them into the mixture add crated ren, mayonnaise, add salt, black pepper and mix it all nice and add them to the tofu. Spicy Tofu in Chinese
3 tbsp vegetable oil
900 g of tofu, diced
1 red onion, cut into feathers
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green chili pepper, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup hot water
3 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar (preferably brown)
1 tsp starch
1 tsp dried red pepper

How to prepare
Heat the oil well in a baking pan on high heat. put the tofu in the pan and fry until it becomes gold from all the sides, then add chopped onion, red pepper, chill pepper, and garlic and cook for about 5-10 minutes. In a small bowl put warm water vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, starch and minced chill. mix well and add it to the pan with the tofu, and mix occasionally. boil for about 5 minutes until the sauce is thicken.
